IMPORTANT GUIDELINES FOR SHIPPING YOUR DEVICE:
- Only send your phone set, battery and the back cover. Do not send any other accessory in the package.
- Use bubble wrap or packing peanuts to pack your damaged device securely, it protects the device for further damage during shipment.
- Liquid Damaged Devices: We perform water damaged diagnostics first when your device is received. If we found any sign of water inside the circuitry we will call and inform you about the condition and quote you the estimated charges.
- If simple cleaning and drying solves the problem, then there would be no charges. Additional work beyond cleaning will be notified and charged.
- We highly recommend to choose a shipment service with tracking number. It’s easier for both of us to track the product.
- You will be called within 24 hours of receiving the package. On the call we will discuss you the repairing options, possible charges and estimated time of the repair and shipment.
