Shipping Information for

  • All in-stock items that are ordered before 3:00 P.M. EST will ship within 1 business day.
  • Custom orders that are ordered before 3:00 P.M. will ship within 3-5 business days.
    Any orders that are placed after 3:00 P.M. EST will be processed the following business day.
  • Standard and Priority USPS Domestic order delivery is Monday – Saturday.
  • Alternate delivery service schedules are determined by the carrier. We do not offer FedEx Saturday Delivery as an option.
  • All orders placed to PO Boxes or APO/FPO’s will be delivered using USPS.
  • U.S. Customers; local and state sales tax may apply.
  • On all international shipments, title transfers to the recipient upon deposit with the carrier, and the recipient is the importer of record. The recipient is responsible for all Customs, Duties, and Taxes levied by the country of destination. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs procedures.
  • Orders returned to us due to incorrect or missing address information that was entered by you (the customer) when placing the order may be reshipped but you -(the customer) will be responsible for all new shipping and handling charges.
  • Additionally, if you choose not to have the item reshipped, you will receive a refund minus all shipping and handling charges.

If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 14 days after the original purchase date as indicated on the receipt, if the item meets all the terms of our Return and Exchange Policy, for either a full refund of the purchase price including applicable taxes, minus shipping and handling, and customs and duties (if applicable); or you may exchange the item for another item of equal or lesser value and you will receive a refund for the difference in price (if applicable), minus shipping and handling.
If the item you purchased was defective or was damaged in shipping or you received an item other than the item you ordered, you will receive a full refund including applicable taxes and shipping and handling costs.
The item must be returned in good condition, in original packaging with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure a refund. Please see our Return Instructions before returning your item.

Exchange and Return Period

Exchange or return your item anytime within 14 days after the original purchase date as indicated on the receipt based on the conditions described below.

Return Exceptions

Our return policies do NOT apply to all items.

Non-refundable and non-exchangeable items include:

  • Custom products and products that have been personalized.
  • Consumable items such as batteries.
  • Items that are damaged or abused or had been subject to liquid damage.
  • Items showing any clearly visible damage (e.g. the item is either broken, cracked, smashed, etc.) as a result of an external force.
  • Items that are missing a component or accessories, such as cords or cables.
  • An unapproved modification added to the item, such as personalization, etching, or engraving.
  • An unapproved item disassembly which exposes internal components of the item which are intended to remain within protective casing (e.g. electronic circuitry of a charging device).

We also cannot accept returns or offer refunds for any reason for products purchased through a reseller or distributor. Products not purchased directly through must be returned to the original reseller or distributor pursuant to that company’s return policy.

Return Instructions

If you want to return or exchange an item purchased from, please follow these steps:

  1. All products must be returned in good condition, in original packaging and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure full credit. See Return Exceptions above.
  2. Contact’s Customer Service Department at 281-394-9120 or by email to obtain your Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number.
  3. Once you have obtained your RMA Number you will need to print off a copy of the CellNTrade RMA form and follow the instructions on the form. Please remember to enter your RMA Number on the form.
  4. Enclose a copy of the CellNTrade RMA form with your shipment.
  5. Pack the item securely in order to ensure safe return back to us.
  6. Ship the return package to the address indicated on the CellNTrade RMA form. For your protection and to ensure you can track the delivery, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post when returning an item.

All return shipping charges must be prepaid unless the item received was defective or you received an item other than the item you ordered. We are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments. We do not accept any postage due on return shipments and we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. We highly recommend using a shipping method that offers package tracking.
