We are located in Katy, Texas but we cover most of the neighboring cities and areas, which include, Katy
Houston, Stafford, Sugar land, Woodland, Bellire, Cinco Ranch, Energy Corridor, West Houston, Parker Cypress, Aliana, New Territory, Telsair, Riverstone, Richman, Rosenberg.
Remember, we accept mail-in repairs from all over the US.
Are appointments needed?
No, not at all! You can just walk in straight to our store in the working hours, which is 10AM to 7PM.
What kind of gadgets do you repair?
We repair mostly cellphone, tablets and computers, gaming consoles, iPod and other common portable electronic devices.

How long you will take to repair my gadget?
Repair times vary on the type of repair and our current work load. Depending on the method you use to get your gadget to us, some devices can be repaired within as little as an hour, but some repairs may take up to a few days.
Do you service iPhones?
Yes! We repair all models of iPhones. Starting from the old iPhone 3G to latest model.
Can I mail in my gadget for repair services or diagnoses?
Yes, we receive and repair devices from all over the country on daily basis!

What do I need to include with my gadget when I ship it in for repair?
Just your damaged device and our mail in form attached or enclosed in the box. Make sure you pack it securely in a bubble wrap or packing peanuts to keep it safe from further damages during shipment.
What if I already have the part(s) needed to repair my phone/gadget?
We do install customer provided parts, but we will not be able to provide warranty with your parts.
What should I do if my phone/gadget is damaged by water?
Take out the battery immediately if you can’t take out the battery, then keep it off. Don’t try to turn it on. Just keep it turned off, not matter what!
Give us a call, we will guide you on this or simply walk in to our store for a free diagnostics.
Does CellNTrade work on computers?
Yes, we have trained technicians for computers. Please contact us first for more information on this.
Does CellNTrade repair Mac (Apple) computers?
Yes we do!
We do, Virus removal, Keyboard and drives replacements, LCD replacement and more. Call us to discuss your problem first before coming with your device.
What is the difference between a NEW and REFURBISHED phone?
New means the phone has never been used or activated. Refurbished means the components have been replaced or fixed before. Most of the refurbished phones look like a new one. You might get deceived!
What’s included in the price when I purchase a phone from CellNTrade?
At CellNTrade, we include the following with the purchase of a new or refurbished phone:
- 6 Month warranty
- 1 Home or car charger
What does my 12-month warranty cover?
We offer this exclusively for iPad repairs. The 12-month warranty covers when device malfunctions in a way the user could not avoid. For example, touch screen (digitizer) freezes or stops responding or devices starts doing strange things that are not network related, such as camera, Bluetooth stops responding.
Note, it does NOT cover:
The device being physically damaged or liquid damaged.

What is the turnaround time on a Mail-In repair?
Repair times totally depends on the type of repair and current work load we have. Depending on the method you use to get your gadget to us, some devices can be repaired within as little as an hour, but some repairs take up to a few day.
Also, sometimes – but not often, we are out of a specific part to repair your gadget and the repair would have to wait for the specific part to get in which can take 2-10 business days. We will call you if it is going to take more days for the repair.
Is there a charge for shipping back to me?
Yes, a minimum of $10 for shipment return is added to the total. Please contact us to discuss the price before mailing in your device.
Do you buy broken phones for parts?
Yes and no! Well, it totally depends on the phone that you have and what is wrong with it. If it is older than a couple years it is more than likely that we will just be able to recycle it for you but the best thing would be to call or stop by our store to get more information!
